Posted 3 months ago if you have anything to vent about with work.. like a person or manager or even a customer or problem at work this is the place to vent it..
I have one from work.. there is this lady she is between 47-55 she is worse than a highschool kid with her complaining and gossiping.. I hate when i have to work around her cuz she talks about everyone and then talks about you to the person or people she was talking about to you.. I have never seen anyone like this it drives me nuts and then she knit picks everything that you do argh!

| Posted 3 months ago I have a story. I'm actually just going to copy and paste a blog I wrote from my 3rd day at work at my frist job. (McDonalds) this was in the beginning of 2006. (It makes me sound really mean, but I swear it was just because I was so upset)

| Posted 2 months ago wow that is pretty mean.. but working with the public is one of the hardest things to do.. it takes skill and courage alot of the time..
when i worked at Eat n park this guy pissed me off too cuz he was snapping his fingers at me while i was busy with someone else and I absolutely hate when people do that .. its direspectful.

| Posted 2 months ago Good topic Jenni! Well, last week my manager decided to let 5 people have the same day off. I work in the mailroom for a busy law firm and there are only 8 of us in the team. I had to put in an additional hour ( I was also in early) because we were short staffed and the assistant manager (very lazy person who is as bright as a 4 watt light bulb!) said she couldnt work any later so she had to close the mail room earlyier than usual. I couldnt work any later than I already was because my girlfriend hasnt been very well of late. She asked me to send an e-mail to all the secretaries saying we were closing a bit early. A few minutes later I had a shitty e-mail form my manager saying how dissapointed he was with me that I couldnt do the late and what an embarresment I was. He starting off with all this bollocks of how the rest of the team have had to cover my shortfalls recently and made out that I was biting the hand that feeds. At the end of the e-mail he said we would be having a very serious chat when he got back. I ended up altering all my plans etc and stayed later in the end as I could not be arsed with having a telling off when he got back as had enough going on at home. Its so pathetic I'm forever bursting bubbles |

| Posted 2 months ago thanks lolz.. that sucks about altering plans.. I swear though when you do something for someone at work they take advantage of you and expect you to do it for them.. so its almost not worth doing anything nice for people.

well this customer annoyed me yesterday with a baby registery.. I was in the middle of helping someone else and she decides to interuppt and was a smart ass.. I hate people like that.. then they held up my cash line argh!

| Posted 2 months ago I work this one woman she is an older lady, we shall call her by the name I have given her Ms. Bitch'alot. That is all that she does, there will be people waitting in line, and she can't wait on them cause she is complaining about something. And if she doesn't want to do something she says "I wasn't trained right, cause I was never taught that". Which is a lie cause I trained her. Day after day its the same thing. One day I went on break and I came back to her watching the oven with the timer going off, while my stuff was burning inside, when I asked how come she didn't shut off the timer at least she said it wasn't her responsibility to shut it off. It is everyones responsibility, So now if the oven timer goes off I shut it off, and if it is hers I put the stuff back in the oven and turn on the timer again, so her stuff will burn. I know its childish but I get a huge enjoyment out of it. |

| Posted 2 months ago I understand what your saying .. that is really annoying when people are completely lazy and won't do anything and won't work with you as a team it makes it really hard.. as for the oven thing.. i think you should tell your boss what she does and don't play the get even thing cuz i do believe in karma and honestly your stooping to her level and that makes you look just as bad.. I know though how you feel and trust me I have wanted to do things to people but i end up not doing them because I now think before doing them and think to myself i don't want to look as bad as them.. just a thought.

| Posted about 1 month ago Ok I work at sonic... and the manager is really annoying..... he's such a (you can put w/e word you want to there and if would describe him) the other day he was getting all mad b/c i just learned speaker and i couldn't do everything right and sometimes would half to ask him stuff, he would just get mad and roll his eyes.. but hes the head manager so i can''t do nothing about it. he yells at me for stupid stuff a lot and it makes me want to ..............................!

| Posted about 1 month ago don't feel bad .. alot of bosses are like that for some reason.. they hire people and then expect them to know how everything works . well i say give it a week and see if it changes if not could you talk to someone higher up than him that you can tell about this problem?

I a fresh grduate posted in remote area of the most backward Province of the country. Once my 1st boss & 2nd boss made a plan against me (why ? hay sh*tman thats another story).

The hospital dispensor started shouting at me I calmed him down. In the office of 2nd boss, next day he again sdtarted shouting at me.1,2 punches & he was flat & me !@#. threating the 2nd boss I went out of the office & headed straigh to my 1st boss's office, he wasn't there. I went to his home, he wasn't there too. The dispensor was addmitted to hospital & report made to police. I went to my 1st bass's office again & found him. I threatened him, if he would make a deparmental complain, I would strip him naked.

Badiminton, table Tennis & chess mate ( hay sh*tman dont mind my spellings) & I was also his family doctor. He knew every thing & said to go & apologise the 1st boss. and he will straighten thing down. Next morning I went to 1st boss. Ididn't appologise I said sorry. Later I came to know he made a departmental complain & I started planing. Peace for every one

| Posted 28 days ago Every day I used to go to my 1st boss's office and used to sit with office clerk in his room with all the files arround. Till I located a file that was important to me. Next day I went there very early, no one was there. When the pion came & oped the office I went in & asked the pion to get me some ciggarets, he went for. Took that file, put it under my shirt. pion came back, didn't notice any thing. I want away. Got the file photostated. went back home to place the file there, then to hospital. Next day again I went there early. & placed the file back in the same way Peace for every one

now this was my turn. I wrote an application to the department through proper chennel ( I maen through 1st boss). I gave him his copy & kept the deparmental copy ( the original one ) with me. Used to go to my 1st boss's office every day & have a nice cup of tea with & he was on my knees beging me every day. ( Hay sh*tman, listening to me)

| Posted 28 days ago wow that really sucks.. people can be so rude especially in the work place.. whenever i do work people get mad at me cuz we are trained and told we have to freaking ask every person if they want to put everything on a sears charge and if they want to open them.. for some reason we are rated and given a raise mainly based on that.. it pisses me off cuz most people in this lil pa town have them and the ones that don't really don't want one.. so why bother to ask them but we have to and people flip out on me for asking sometimes.. but im not even like some of them.. who nag and nag and confuse the elderly.. i just ask and that is it.. actually sometimes i don't even ask . i get tired of saying it "My music the only thing that slightly takes away the ache" |

| Posted 28 days ago I guess this is an update that woman I was complaining about before. Her and I had been fighing for months over stupid little things. Then about a month ago we were working together just her and I, and she started to feel dizzy and she feel to the floor, and I didn't think twice its not like I hated the woman, I just didn't really care for her. I gave her mouth to mouth and I called 911 and she was sent to the ER. I didn't really think much of it, I thought I did what anybody else would do but she is making this a big issue sending me flowers and cards thanking me. I guess I really don't hate her as much as I thought. |

| Posted 14 days ago At my workplace, there is one woman who typically annoys the hell out of me. She's originally a friend of mine, but we're not even almost as close as we were before I started here. She always has something to complain about, wether it be her dog, her many boyfriends, her work or just anything in general. I try and give her advice, but I might as well be talking to a brick wall. She claims she wants help, but I think she really just wants to complain to get attention. This girl is like 5.7 and wheighs 110 lbs, and she constantly complains about her figure! I have an illness that makes it hard for me to stay slim enough for my weight to be healthy, and it really hurts when she, of all people, complain. I know I shouldn't care, it's her issues with her body, but if she thinks that she's fat, then what does that make me? Fortunately, I'm being moved to a different division here at work, so I won't have to deal with her on a day to day basis for much longer... Ah, it feels good to vent from time to time |
